The 2027 Telluride is a full redesign, the biggest change to Kia’s flagship SUV since it launched. Here is what stands out:
A new turbo engine: the old V6 is replaced by a turbocharged 2.5-liter engine, so the gas Telluride makes its power a different way while still seating up to eight.
A hybrid for the first time: the Telluride is now offered as a hybrid, giving highway drivers a more efficient option that was never available before.
A larger, roomier body: the redesign stretches the Telluride with a longer wheelbase for more passenger space and a more substantial look, inside and out.
Still built in Georgia: the Telluride continues to be assembled at Kia’s plant in West Point, Georgia.
