Went in to look at the Telluride and Carnival. Quentin approached us and asked what we were looking for. He then went and grabbed the keys for me to test drive the Carnival my spouse and I had eyed while browsing the lot. We drove over to their other lot to see some new Tellurides. Can u give anything lower than 1 star. I’ve been fighting with them for 2 months to get my trade in amount paid off. No one will answer at the dealership I only get voicemails and empty promises. I’ve been waiting in an over night check for 2 and a half weeks. No such luck. Do not buy from them.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
I purchased a 2025 KIA K4 LXS and was told if I prepaid for scheduled maintenance I would save a minimum of $20 per oil change. They have an electronic paperwork process making it difficult to read while signing. They were deceptive and misrepresented the prepaid maintenance contract. I was told I would get 10 included oil changes and tire rotations. That’s a complete lie. I paid an extra $1200 for the prepaid maintenance plan. THE WORST Service Departmant ever. We made an appointment for 8:00 A.M. Monday morning. It's Wed afternoon and they still have our car & can't tell me when it will get looked at. The receptionist while pleasant, had no answers & didn't understand why I was upset. I don't know Chris Aligood, he is apparently off work & according to the receptionist no one was in charge today. We are getting a ride to the dealership to get our car & will never go back. -
