Check engine in my 2015 Kia Sorento came on. I contacted ALM Kia service desk in Perry Georgia and had pleasure of being connected to Brandi Lawson. She was kind and informative on what I needed to do and stayed with me throughout the process of having the vehicle repaired. I cannot overstate the kindness and professionalism she displayed every step of the repair and pickup of the vehicle. I was working with Adrien, sales person, and Will, manager. Both of them were fantastic. Adrien made all of the information I needed really accessible. He also helped me with his manager by fighting for me to get a good price. Will was also great with explaining everything that went into that price and breaking it down line by line for me. Overall, great experience working with both of them. I would highly recommend working with them in the future.

wonderful experience at ALM Kia. It didn't feel like I was buying a car, everyone was so nice and helpful, they gave us space to discuss. I never felt like someone was hovering. Our sales person was Eric and he was amazing, super knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. Over all it was just such an easy process, it almost seemed unreal that is was so easy when we got in our new car to drive away.

I have never encountered such rudeness from a manager in my life. I asked why he was trying to push a MotorTrend warranty costing $495 for only 7,500 miles of coverage. The fact is, the vehicle already carries a manufacturer’s warranty with 15,000 miles or three years remaining. Caveat Emptor — buyer beware. The manager offered no explanation; his final words were, “…and I am not taking it off.”

I was pleasantly surprised by my last experiance with ALM Kia. There was a big of a snag at the outset becuase I dropped the vehicle off after hours, but that was all sorted out. The work was done in a timely manner and Dianna was very friendly as well as helpful. She even had my vehicle delivered to us since it was going to be a bit of a juggling act to pick it up before the closed. I really appreciate the quailty service we received with this appointment.

I was in contact with three other dealerships in AL, FL and not satisfied with their prices and offers for my trade iuntil I saw a Carnival available at ALM in Perry,Ga. I called and Eric Erazo answered, knew more about the vehicle than any other salesman, started the process that call to purchase, obtained a reasonable trade amt sight unseen, and arranged purchase and pick up the next morning (3 hours drive). Eric was incredible, not one surprise add on in billing, all questions answered, the car was ready and I drove away in approximately one hour!
